the orange kitty looked extra handsome this a.m. with the tweed. just his style. he needs a little interweb shout out love since he has been putting up with the enormous black fluffy pup so gracefully.

mary and i have completed our first issue of "someone else's orange"...a little zine collection of excerpts...those juicy bits of books you love. I will be stitching them up this weekend. love.

winter has been holding back so nicely...anticipating a lovely weekend of wandering through the remaining yellow leaves with my good friend carrie who is on her way from olympia as we speak!

woe is me.

I somehow managed to catch a bug last week that has left me with a cough that won't seem to depart. On top of that, I woke up yesterday with hives that have now turned into swollen fingers and toes and a really puffy face. so gross. I'm not sure what is going on here, so I just popped a few benadryl and am pushing my sluggish self through the work day. I feel whooped...like it should be friday. But alas, just wednesday.
